1. Processing Time
All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 3-7 business days after the order is placed.
- This time includes order verification, quality checks on the AI electronics, and tailored packaging to ensure your toy arrives safely.
2. Shipping Time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination.
- Standard International Shipping: 14–30 business days.
- Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your AI friend’s journey to your home.
3. Shipping Methods
We partner with global couriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:
- Standard Shipping: via 4PX, YunExpress, or your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post).
- Expedited Shipping: Available via DHL or FedEx (if selected at checkout).
4. Shipping Fees
We offer transparent shipping rates based on your location:
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $80 or a Flat Rate of $9.99.
- Priority Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Note: Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local government.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal.
